Facilities

Ward 6 is our dedicated inpatient unit which has 14 beds and six isolation cubicles. These are mainly used for children who require protective isolation, for example after bone marrow transplantation.

There are also four day case beds allowing children to receive day case treatment on the ward.

Outpatient clinics are held in the PACT and Westfield Health Haematology and Oncology Centre which is on C Floor accessed via the Damer Street entrance.

We also work closely with the Radiotherapy team and Teenage and Young Adult cancer unit at Weston Park Hospital.
